in regards to the magnificent T20 Hattrick on debut by Aussie paceman Nathan Ellis against Bangladesh.

Dear: Nathan,

Firstly, congrats on your selection to make your T20 debut against Bangladesh. You are part of an elite club – to play cricket for Australia  – so you should be proud. And to be the first Aussie to take a Hattrick on T20 debut is a credit to your skill and persistence and no doubt you have already formalised the Australians With Hatricks On T20 Debut Club!!

I hereby propose we Apply for authorisation of a proposed merger.

I believe a transaction between AWHOTDC and AWHOT20DC would provide demonstrably superior short term and long term value. Provide a more substantial base for developing further Aussie debut Hattricks for young men and women.

On a personal note, I’m sick of winning the club’s golf day every year. I’ve thought about introducing a tennis match, but obviously we need someone to return serve. This proposed Merger could make this a reality.
